Role Overview
The Production Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for the aseptic processing of Apligraf, a living cell-based product. Under direct supervision, you will work in Class 100 and Class 10K cleanrooms to support safe and timely manufacturing.
What You Will Achieve
- Perform aseptic manufacturing of Apligraf per Master Batch Records and SOPs
- Prepare media and sanitizing agents used in Production
- Follow all GMP, safety, regulatory, and procedural requirements
- Ensure batch record accuracy and compliance
- Operate cleanroom equipment properly
- Maintain required documentation and quality control records
What You Need
- Certificate in Biotechnology OR 1โ2 years relevant experience
- Associate’s or Bachelorโs degree in Biology or related science preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and cleanroom experience preferred
- Experience with aseptic technique and basic lab methods is desired
- Ability to work extended periods in a cleanroom
- Good dexterity, coordination, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand up to 6.5 hours/day
- Pre-employment physical and lift test required
- Extended work in a cleanroom environment
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $24.04/hr (based on market data and internal equity)
- Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location
