Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities of the Cell Culture Associate Role:

  • Perform aseptic tissue culture techniques, including expansion and seeding of mammalian and insect cell lines.
  • Conduct media preparation, microscopy, pipetting, serial dilutions, and data analysis using Excel.
  • Execute tissue culture-based analytical testing such as growth promotion testing of media components.
  • Review and evaluate raw data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the validation and setup of new analytical processes within the department.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
