Educational Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities of the Cell Culture Associate Role:
- Perform aseptic tissue culture techniques, including expansion and seeding of mammalian and insect cell lines.
- Conduct media preparation, microscopy, pipetting, serial dilutions, and data analysis using Excel.
- Execute tissue culture-based analytical testing such as growth promotion testing of media components.
- Review and evaluate raw data for accuracy and compliance.
- Support the validation and setup of new analytical processes within the department.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
