Requirements
- University bachelor’s in engineering in Chemical, Process, or Food Engineering, Food Technologists, Biochemists, Microbiology
- Attitude or proven experience with customer relationship management, service work, technical and commercial discussions/negotiations, and laboratory practices.
- Good leadership and soft skills.
- Building the ability to mentor and coach peers. Building the ability to deliver services in the area of food safety and quality
- Example of previous position: Food Technologist, FSE with certification, Development engineer, and other specialist functions.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Food Protection Specialist who will contribute to field Aseptic Performance. The successful candidate will provide overall expertise, advice, and consultancy on Aseptic Performance to Customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Aseptic Performance Advice and Guidance
- Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to ensure consistent and improved end-product quality levels
- Develop own competence in Aseptic Performance and support initiatives in local markets
- Lead data collection and contribute to the cluster implementation of Aseptic Performance Services
Quality Operations and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Handle food safety and quality-related issues
- Drive improvement in the quality operations of systems/equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices
Customer Support and Training
- Support customers in the Egyptian market & IMEA area
- Provide training on Aseptic Performance
- Document field activities and drive Quality Culture
