About the Role
Parexel FSP is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate to join its growing Clinical Operations team in Turkey. As a Clinical Research Associate I, you will independently manage activities critical to study set-up, monitoring, and documentation for a global pharmaceutical sponsor. This role will allow you to be part of cutting-edge clinical trials that aim to develop innovative health solutions.
This position is home-based, offering flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with the team and sponsor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities required for study set-up and site monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and sponsor-specific requirements.
- Prepare accurate study status reports and maintain study documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for sites, addressing queries and providing guidance.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and the sponsor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of independent field monitoring experience in Clinical Research.
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP compliance.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
