Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in Temple, Texas within the Quality & Food Safety function as the Q&FS Specialist. The purpose of this role is to maintain, design, and improve the site Quality Management System to comply with the Mars Global Quality Standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
- Experience with incident management and standards implementation
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement control measures as per Mars Global Quality Standards
- Support operations in incident management and troubleshooting
- Conduct food safety risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement and quality projects
