Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Associate, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy to join our dynamic team at the Cell Therapy Facility (CTF) in Devens, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical testing for cell therapy products, supporting quality control activities, and contributing to investigations and continuous improvement efforts within the QC Analytical department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalytical testing of in-process, batch release, and stability samples
- Ensure timely completion of testing tasks
- Train on additional test methods and support broader testing responsibilities
- Participate in investigations and continuous improvement projects
- Support QC and manufacturing operations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and GMP laboratories
- Experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices
- Prior knowledge of cell and molecular biology techniques preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Compensation Overview: $35.82 – $43.41 per hour
