Inova Research Center—Molecular Lab is seeking a dedicated Research Scientist 1 to join the team. This full-time role will rotate shifts and have varying workdays.

Research Scientist 1 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate data collection methodologies
- Create research protocols
- Collaborate with investigators
- Perform and interpret tests

Minimum Qualifications:
