Requirements & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of production areas to identify hazards specific to food manufacturing.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions to enhance worker safety and product integrity.
- Assist in evaluating sanitation practices, allergen controls, and hygiene protocols from an EHS perspective.
- Help interpret and apply OSHA and EPA regulations within the context of food production.
- Participate in the development and delivery of safety training programs tailored to food manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safe process changes and facility upgrades.
- Maintain and update EHS documentation, including safety data sheets and incident reports.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing for external inspections related to safety and environmental compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across all shifts and departments.
