Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for key formulation and engineering support, primarily dedicated to bench-scale formulations and process development activities associated with sterile injectable and lyophilized drug products. Your tasks include planning, supporting, and executing experiments to optimize processes for scale-up within given timelines and under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Execute developmental and investigational tasks through the Quality by Design (QbD) approach
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes
- Develop efficient formulation procedures and SOPs
- Collaborate with the analytical technical services group
- Conduct laboratory operations in a safe manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in engineering, pharmaceutical process, and formulation development
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, pharmaceutical process, and formulation development
- Experience with LIMS or Minitab
- Experience with statistical designs of experiments (DOE) methodology
