Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join the Cell Therapeutics Cell Sciences group in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining research cell banks to support ongoing projects within the organization.

Experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • No experience necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a scientific discipline
  • 1 year of experience in a relevant laboratory setting
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture
  • Familiarity with genome engineering techniques

Position Responsibilities:

  • Scale-up of mammalian cell line cultures
  • Cell line sourcing, expansion, testing, and banking
  • Generation of engineered cell lines
  • Flow cytometry
  • Maintaining experimental documentation in an electronic notebook
  • Collaboration across teams
  • Laboratory instrumentation maintenance

Starting Compensation: $76,980.00 – $93,300.00, incentive cash and stock opportunities
