Summary:
The Hershey Company invites applications for the position of Specialist Salty QRC Role. This corporate-based position plays a key role in ensuring food safety, quality assurance, and compliance across Hersheyโs Salty division and co-manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the QA representative on cross-functional teams managing projects, new product launches, and manufacturing line enhancements.

Lead audits and quality assessments across the supply chain, ensuring compliance with Global Food Safety Standards.

Develop and implement training programs to maintain awareness of quality and regulatory policies.

Manage incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and develop preventive and corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on food safety, system efficiency, and quality consistency.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in regulatory compliance, quality systems, and sanitation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelorโs degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline.

1โ3 years of experience in the food industry, managing safety and quality programs.

Working knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, GMP, and SQF/PCQI certification preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel up to 30% within the U.S.
