Job Description
As an FSP Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in developing and testing rapid microbiology methods and new technologies related to microbial detection. Your work will contribute to the aseptic manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug products, supporting product development plans. This position involves laboratory-based testing, technology transfer, and validation of microbiology methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and test microbiology methods
- Execute assays for technology transfer and new technology evaluation
- Validate traditional microbiological methods
Education and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in lab sciences such as Microbiology or related fields, along with 1-4 years of GxP experience in analyzing pharmaceuticals. A Master’s degree is a plus.
