The Translational Biomarker department at Evotec is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Research Associate to join its dynamic team. The role offers opportunities to contribute to internal and external drug discovery projects using advanced molecular and cellular assay platforms.

- Independently design, plan, and execute experiments; analyze and interpret complex data.

- Hands-on experience in biomarker assay development and validation (e.g., ELISA, MSD, Luminex, RT-qPCR, NGS).
- Ability to interpret scientific literature and develop experimental protocols.
- Strong data analysis and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in lab coordination and supporting technical staff.
