Job Post: Production Operator – Pharma
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Bachelorโs degree in Physical Sciences or Pharmaceutical life science-related field of study.
Experience: 2-8 years related experience in cGMP production operation activities.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the execution of all aspects of solid-dosage manufacturing, including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, compression, and cleaning activities. Interaction with site support personnel, completion of batch record documentation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures are key responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Management in operational activities
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities
- Become proficient in the setup, operation, and cleaning of cGMP equipment
- Participate in Quality Investigations
- Adhere to SOPs, Batch Records, and Safety Procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cGMP area
Requirements:
- Familiarity with regulated pharmaceutical solid dosage facilities
- Proficiency in reading and writing English documents
- Experience with cGMP solid dosage Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capability to follow hygiene and safety protocols
Valid work permit required.
