Educational Requirements of the Clinical Operations Intern:

Minimum: Bachelorโs degree (in Life Sciences or a related field preferred)

Preferred: Prior experience or internship in a clinical or healthcare environment

Understanding of ICH GCP Compliance

Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Intern:
- Learn and follow ICONโs SOPs/WPs, ICH GCP guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain timelines and ensure data accuracy within ICON systems.
- Serve as a key contact for clinical sites and investigators.
- Provide administrative and remote support for ongoing clinical trials.
- Handle project tasks independently with guidance from the team.
- Maintain professional communication with sponsors, site staff, and study teams.
- Participate in QA audits and project-specific meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of sponsor and patient information.
Skills Required for the Clinical Operations Intern:
