Educational Requirements for the Manufacturing Associate Role:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Associate Role:
- In this Production Associate role, you have to perform environmental monitoring and support daily cleanroom operations.
- Operate filling and finishing machinery following SOPs and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and prepare materials for sterilization.
- Rack, inspect, and package various vials, bags, and bottles of liquid media.
- Ensure equipment calibration and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Documentum and follow cGMP requirements.
- Transfer materials between cleanroom and QC departments.
- Set up filling assemblies and execute aseptic filling processes in Class 100 areas.
- Manage production labels, documentation, and quality checks.
- Support material handling, pallet stacking, and overall production logistics.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through daily housekeeping and sanitation duties.
Skills Required for the Manufacturing Associate Role:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or technical operations (preferred in GMP-regulated settings).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and safety procedures.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, and documentation systems.
- Willingness to train and support other team members.
