Educational Requirements for the Manufacturing Associate Role:

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Associate Role:

  • In this Production Associate role, you have to perform environmental monitoring and support daily cleanroom operations.
  • Operate filling and finishing machinery following SOPs and safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and prepare materials for sterilization.
  • Rack, inspect, and package various vials, bags, and bottles of liquid media.
  • Ensure equipment calibration and operational compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Documentum and follow cGMP requirements.
  • Transfer materials between cleanroom and QC departments.
  • Set up filling assemblies and execute aseptic filling processes in Class 100 areas.
  • Manage production labels, documentation, and quality checks.
  • Support material handling, pallet stacking, and overall production logistics.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization through daily housekeeping and sanitation duties.

Skills Required for the Manufacturing Associate Role:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or technical operations (preferred in GMP-regulated settings).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and safety procedures.
  • Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, and documentation systems.
  • Willingness to train and support other team members.
