Your Role
This exciting entry-level role is ideal for anyone looking to enter the clinical or embryology field. You will receive complete training under TFP’s robust internal training framework and gain exposure to fertility science, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare culture dishes, enter data, and handle semen analysis and sample preparation.
- Perform witnessing and traceability tasks in the IVF lab.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment cycles and appointments.
- Monitor lab consumables, equipment, and environment.
- Assist with quality control and assurance processes.
- Support regulatory compliance and complete assigned TFP training modules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum A-Levels or equivalent, ideally a degree in Life Sciences.
- Prior experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision in handling sensitive lab work.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
- High attention to detail and a patient-focused mindset.
