Job Description
PrimeVigilance is looking for a medical information associate to support the medical information team in handling initial adverse events and medical information inquiries in English.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Information Associate, you will:
- Handle inbound medical enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and clients via phone and email.
- Respond with scientifically accurate, approved medical information.
- Identify and report adverse events, pregnancy cases, product complaints, and special situations per regulatory timelines.
- Maintain precise documentation in the Medical Information database.
- Participate in out-of-hours or 24/7 inquiry coverage as needed.
- Track project metrics and report regularly to management.
- Support audit/inspection readiness and participate in pharmacovigilance inspections.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Ability to handle inquiries via phone and email
- Detail-oriented with multitasking and time management skills
- Flexible for occasional out-of-hours coverage
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
