Job Details:
- Position Title: Microbiologist
- Business Title: Analyst I
- Location: Blue Ash and Milford, Ohio
- Department: CPS – ATL
- Reports to: General Manager
- FLSA: Non-Exempt
- Hours: Typically Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Weekend rotation required.
- Compensation Range: $18 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize fundamentals of microbial testing and maintain aseptic techniques
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Complete documentation following guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient lab operations
- Adhere to biohazard protocols and disposal procedures
- Handle assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively
Skills & Proficiencies:
- Proficient with lab equipment and basic math
- Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills
- Experience with MS Office programs is preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
- 1+ year of laboratory experience is preferred
