As a Quality Control Analyst I โ Microbial Control at Lonza in Portsmouth, NH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. This third-shift position involves conducting microbial testing for in-process materials, final product drug lots, and customer stability studies. Your work will support manufacturing demands while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards and Data Integrity principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbial testing for In-Process, Lot Release, and Stability studies.
- Perform Utility and HVAC monitoring and sampling across the facility.
- Operate laboratory computer systems and apply Microsoft Office applications.
- Apply company policies and procedures to complete semi-routine tasks.
- Identify deviations from standard practices and raise them appropriately.
- Analyze data and situations of moderate scope, reviewing identifiable factors.
- Uphold Data Integrity principles in all work, following Lonza guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associateโs Degree or equivalent experience in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science field preferred.
- 0โ4 years of industry experience, ideally in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Preferred Skills:
