The Opportunity
- Overall accountability for manufacturing tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department in meeting goals
- Implement Lean Production System (LPS) for continuous improvement
- Complete assigned tasks, including equipment preparation and environmental monitoring
- Participate in process improvement efforts and data entry
Who Are You
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team skills
- Self-starter with focus on safety, quality, and results
- Ability to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of computer-based systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in microbiology, fermentation, or protein purification
- Compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements
- Observance of site security measures
