Role Summary
Are you passionate about ensuring products are delivered to customers in the best quality possible? As a QA Releaser, you will take ownership for reviewing and supervising the completion of EM-related tasks, reviewing orders, and releasing products. You will accurately maintain technical data to control the production process and provide technical knowledge for all aspects of the unit’s activities, including aseptic compounding, facility and equipment management, and workflow management in line with MHRA Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, rotation between 07:00 and 15:00, 08:00 and 16:00, and 10:00 and 18:00. An occasional twilight shift (14:00 and 22:00) may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertake and complete an in-house competency assessment for product release.

Release manufactured products according to defined procedures.

Perform ‘in-process’ checks and report any errors per procedures.

Collaborate with the quality team to deliver a timely, safe, quality aseptic manufacturing service.

Ensure documentation is complete and well-organized.

Participate in internal training and education sessions.

Carry out weekly GEMBA pre-audits to ensure SOP and GDP compliance.
-
Ensure all EM monitoring is completed as per SOP.

Lead EM activities with the QA Ops/QA Release team.

Support QMS team investigations related to EM.
-
Ensure completion of EM reports for the site.
Education and Experience:
-
A degree in microbiology/science or equivalent experience is required.
-
Microbiology experience preferred.
-
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Special license and aseptic compounding experience are desirable.

Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
