QC Jobs at Legend Biotech-ย Role:
The QC Specialist, Lab Services II/III, in Raritan, NJ, plays a critical role in sample management and laboratory quality control. The position requires a conceptual understanding of QC functions, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work independently on routine tasks while serving as a technical specialist.
QC Jobs at Legend Biotech- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation.
- Manage QC samples and retains, including internal and external shipments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and identify gaps in processes.
- Use Microsoft Office and lab management software (LIMS) efficiently.
- Inspect and consolidate retained samples periodically.
- Document and investigate non-conformance related to sample management.
- Support corrective and preventative actions and internal/regulatory audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, QC document review, and inspection processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and experience with electronic sample management (eLIMS).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and occasional travel (up to 5%).
Salary Range:
$70,671 โ $92,757 USD annually
