Educational Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA-regulated environments
- Preferred background in Quality Assurance, Quality Operations, Quality Engineering, or laboratory/aseptic processing
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist:
- In the Quality Assurance Jobs, you have to manage deviations, non-conforming materials, CAPA, and customer complaints
- Conduct investigations with strong root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain complaint databases and issue reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support regulatory submissions and responses
- Prepare quarterly product reviews and required periodic reports
- Assist with OOT events, change requests, and documentation updates
- Perform housekeeping inspections of manufacturing areas
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings
- Provide technical and scientific guidance on projects
- Maintain up-to-date regulatory and industry knowledge
- Participate in regulatory and internal audits
- Provide written investigation summaries
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations and documentation standards
Skills Required for the Quality Assurance Specialist Role:
- Strong technical writing skills
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Quality Systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with proactive and results-driven attitude
