Job Purpose
The Clinical Scientist (CS) role at Parexel FSP involves assisting with the clinical and scientific aspects of clinical studies, such as adjudication support, medical monitoring, and protocol deviation management.
Key Accountabilities
- Clinical Trial Operational Delivery:
- Supporting single or multiple studies
- Leading studies with limited scope
- Liaising with cross-functional teams
- Compliance with Parexel Standards:
- Completing required training and documentation accurately
Skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English and local language
- Willingness to travel for company meetings
Knowledge and Experience
- Pharmaceutical experience beneficial
- Therapeutic Area (TA) specific experience preferred
- 2 years of medical monitoring experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences with at least 2 years of relevant career experience.
- If no degree in Life Sciences, substantial clinical development experience (more than 5 years) is required.
