Responsibilities

Assist in QA programs: pest control, Food Safety Assessments (FSA), Health Department initiatives (HDI), distribution, and training

Conduct or support product and process validations restaurant

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand protection and compliance

Compile, analyze, and distribute food safety data and reports

Support QA training workshops for restaurant-level teams

Provide assistance with Health Department variance requests and ad hoc food safety issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Nutrition, or Microbiology, or equivalent experience in the food industry.
- 2+ years of experience in food safety or operations.
- Basic understanding of food safety and microbiology.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Maximum Wage: USD $31.25/Hr.
Pay Range: $28.85/Hr – $49.00/Hr
