Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Sweets and Refreshment, the Senior Research Scientist Sweets position provides project leadership on multiple medium complexity projects. This role involves leading product development projects, formulating new products, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.
Specific Role Focus Area:
- Lead product development projects in Sweets and Refreshment space
- Perform prototyping and development from benchtop to manufacturing scale
- Interact closely with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical feasibility for new product concepts
- Partner with Supply Chain for quality and value improvement

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience leading innovation initiatives
- Strong technical knowledge in sweets & refreshments

Education and Experience:
PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 0-2 years of experience, MS with 2-4 years related experience, or BS with 4-6 years of experience.
