Job Summary
The Pharmaceutical Development Group for New Biological Entities (NBEs) develops antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other biologics using state-of-the-art formulation, processing, and analytical technologies. The team creates intellectual property through innovative formulation compositions, lean manufacturing processes, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control) regulatory expertise.
The Company is seeking a highly motivated scientist to support and drive process development activities for NBEs. The ideal candidate will maintain and improve technological equipment, enhance lab operations, and collaborate with analytical and formulation scientists to develop advanced biologics manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process development of parenteral formulations for biologics with a focus on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
 - Design and execute stability studies for biologics under various conditions (pH, temperature, ionic strength, light, moisture, etc.).
 - Operate and maintain advanced NBE process technologies, focusing on filling, filtration, and lyophilization.
 - Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional units (S&T, Analytical Development, Combination Products).
 - Document data, prepare reports, and present findings effectively.
 - Ensure compliance with GxP standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
 
Qualificational Requirements:ย
Required:
- BS or MS in Biology, or Food Science.
 - 4+ years (BS) or 0โ2 years (MS) of relevant experience.
 - Solid understanding of aseptic manufacturing (freeze thaw, compounding, mixing, filtration, filling, lyophilization).
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word).
 
Preferred:
- Experience using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).
