What You Will Achieve
- Support investigations, reporting on microflora, and driving continuous improvement activities
- Perform GMP tasks for maintaining compliant manufacturing areas
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Microbial Control site strategy
- Provide technical expertise for aseptic techniques and contamination control
- Lead continuous improvement projects and support regulatory agency inspections
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology with 2+ years of experience, or M.Sc. in Microbiology with 0+ years, or equivalent experience.

Strong microbiology, GMP compliance, environmental monitoring, and aseptic expertise.

Familiarity with MODA-EM, TrackWise, and LIMS is a plus.

Knowledge of root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and statistical tools preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with TrackWise, LIMS, and MODA-EM
- Manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of statistical tools and root cause analysis

- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements
- Monday through Friday, 1st shift
