Role Responsibilities for Cell therapy QC Job Role:

  • Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
  • Conduct testing for method transfer, validation, and verification.
  • Perform data verification, review GMP documentation, and technical reports.
  • Support document revisions, projects, CAPA, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Train analysts on general job duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills for Cell therapy QC Job Role:

  • Understand, follow, interpret, and apply Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements.
  • Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and laboratory data analysis systems preferred.
  • Technically adept with strong problem-solving and logical abilities.
  • Effective communication with peers, management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with technical documentation preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.

Basic Requirements for Cell therapy QC Job Role:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent, preferably in science.
  • 2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques, including cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, and aseptic technique.
  • Availability for Wednesday โ€“ Saturday, 2 pm โ€“ 12 am shifts, including holidays.

Compensation:

  • $83,290 – $100,930 annually for full-time employees, with additional incentive cash and stock opportunities as applicable.
