  • The Study Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of routine and non-routine toxicology studies, in compliance with the appropriate company standards, Home Office requirements and regulatory guidelines, in a timely, efficient manner.

Position Overview:

Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator in Toxicology to join its preclinical team in Harrogate. This full-time, office-based role (with flexible working options after training) offers a unique chance to gain experience in study management and regulatory compliance, contributing to cutting-edge toxicology research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific and administrative support to toxicology studies

  • Assist in protocol development, scheduling, and costing

  • Monitor in-life study progress and maintain compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines

  • Support Study Directors in daily study-specific tasks

  • Schedule and participate in study meetings and prepare documentation

  • Interact with clients and internal departments for study coordination

  • Prepare regulatory documents and assist with client visits

  • Draft and manage logistics, including animal orders and shipping documentation (CITES)

Who Should Apply:

  • Education: B.Sc. (preferably in Life Sciences). Relevant experience may substitute academic requirements

  • Experience: Exposure to toxicology, study coordination, or client-facing roles preferred

  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and regulatory knowledge (GLP, IACUC/AWERB)
