Qualifications & Skills

Undergraduate student in Life Sciences (Class of Dec 2026 โ June 2027)

No prior work experience required (though relevant internships are a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & data analysis

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint process inefficiencies and benchmark best practices.

Take ownership of processes: evaluate, review, and recommend improvements.

Support laboratory testing by ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operate specialized instrumentation with precision and minimal supervision.

Assist Quality & Operations teams in root cause investigations and oversee corrective action execution.

Develop tracking tools and analytical models to boost efficiency.

Build documentation to support audit readiness (e.g. quality records, process docs).

Work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Production, Quality, and customers to maintain service levels.

Learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, PPI).
