Internship Description

Qualifications & Skills

  • Undergraduate student in Life Sciences (Class of Dec 2026 โ€“ June 2027)

  • No prior work experience required (though relevant internships are a plus)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, results orientation, ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & data analysis

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint process inefficiencies and benchmark best practices.

  • Take ownership of processes: evaluate, review, and recommend improvements.

  • Support laboratory testing by ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Operate specialized instrumentation with precision and minimal supervision.

  • Assist Quality & Operations teams in root cause investigations and oversee corrective action execution.

  • Develop tracking tools and analytical models to boost efficiency.

  • Build documentation to support audit readiness (e.g. quality records, process docs).

  • Work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Production, Quality, and customers to maintain service levels.

  • Learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, PPI).
