- Location: Seattle, Washington
- Type: 6-Month Contract (W2)
- Pay Range: $27.55 โ $32.63 per hour
- Schedule: MondayโFriday, 8:30 AM โ 5:00 PM (100% onsite)

Educational Requirements for the Lab Technician Role:
Required:
- General knowledge of lab environments, safety, and scientific operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelorโs degree in a scientific field OR Associate degree + 2+ years of scientific industry experience
- Experience with 5S, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- CMMS or lab management system experience
Key Responsibilities of the Lab Technician Role:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and respond to emergent lab equipment needs
- Perform routine and non-routine equipment maintenance and sterilization
- Support overall lab organization, functionality, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse, facilities, EH&S, and scientific teams
- Oversee equipment moves and assist with improvement initiatives
- Work with external vendors to schedule preventive/corrective services
