Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits is a plus
- Experience with process and test method validations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Support reagent manufacturing activities and operations
- Conduct investigations related to internal nonconformances and customer complaints involving reagents
- Assist in the development and improvement of reagent manufacturing processes and/or products
- Design experiments and testing schemes
- Analyze data, write protocols and reports
- Present findings to cross-functional teams
