Position Summary:
Catalent Biologics Emeryville, CA site, a subsidiary of Catalent, is seeking a Research Associate I in the Biocharacterization group. This role involves assisting in the cell-based characterization of therapeutic ADC candidates. The position is based at the EmeryStation West campus in Emeryville, CA.
The Catalent Hiring Research Associate I Role:
- Maintain cell lines, cell inventory, and lab notebook
- Conduct in vitro cytotoxicity studies to test ADC potency
- Evaluate antibody and ADC binding and internalization through flow cytometry
- Collaborate with the Biocharacterization team and other multidisciplinary groups
- Contribute to strategic relationships, platform development, patents, and publications
- Other assigned duties
The Candidate Required for Catalent Hiring Research Associate I:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cell culture, and microscopy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide innovative solutions
Pay:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Final salary offer will depend on various factors.
