In this role, youโll oversee and support multiple aspects of clinical research including data collection, regulatory reporting, and clinical site collaboration. Youโll work under the Clinical Study Manager to execute and manage trial activities effectively and ethically.

Educational Requirements for Clinical Research Job Role:
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related medical/scientific field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or site management
Key Responsibilities for Clinical Research Job Role:
- Oversee, design, and execute clinical evaluation studies.
- Prepare study protocols, patient record forms, and regulatory documents.
- Manage data cleaning, site setup, and communication with research coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and country-specific regulations.
- Build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational planning and budgeting for clinical trials.
Skills Required for Clinical Research Job Role:
- Strong knowledge of CTMS, EDC, and TMF systems
- Experience with clinical site management or sponsor coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
