The Position

Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratories and laboratory equipment
- Support R&D and validation projects
- Conduct and analyze molecular biology experiments
- Order, track, and accept test samples and consumables
- Communicate independently with other departments
- Report experimental results to project managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field preferred
- Experience in a highly regulated industry and labs with biosafety levels 1 and 2
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
- Statistical data analysis experience
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus
