About QC Chemists Night Shift Job
We are seeking a QC Chemist (Night Shift) to join the B105 DC In-Process Laboratory. In this role, you’ll conduct GMP-compliant testing of routine and non-routine samples and verify the work of other analysts. You’ll also play a key part in laboratory investigations, equipment troubleshooting, process improvement, and quality documentation—all within a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
QC Chemists Night Shift Job Key Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing per GMP standards and laboratory protocols

Second person verification (SPV) of analytical data

Review and interpret test results, recognizing deviations or non-conformance

Initiate and contribute to root cause investigations

Document test results accurately in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements

Participate in equipment qualifications, calibration, and troubleshooting

Draft protocols and support documentation for non-routine testing

Create and revise SOPs, worksheets, and technical documents

Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to training materials
-
Comply with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and wear appropriate PPE
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific field

Experience in GMP analytical chemistry and lab data documentation
Preferred Skills & Attributes

Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC, spectroscopy, etc.)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LIMS, and laboratory software systems

Ability to work in PPE and lab-specific safety environments
