Educational Requirements for the FSP – Scientist Role:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience, or a Masterโs degree in a related discipline.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities of the FSP – Scientist Role:
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC/UPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, and GC techniques.
- Support analytical method development and drug product development projects.
- Analyze and interpret data to improve method robustness and product quality.
- Communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared scientific objectives.
- Ensure all laboratory work aligns with USP, ICH, and internal quality standards.
Skills Required for the FSP – Scientist Role:
In the Scientist Jobs, you require the following skills;
- Strong knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, and related analytical methods.
- Experience with analytical method validation and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Empower software and biorelevant media dissolution testing.
- Excellent data interpretation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and collaborate in team environments.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical analytical development and ICH guidelines.
