The Position

This Quality Control Associate position is responsible for supporting operations in the Quality Control department. The role involves assisting in process and equipment improvement programs, creating technical reports, reviewing quality records, providing training support, and more. The level of the role will be determined according to the candidate’s experience.

Relationships: 

Reports to: QC Manager

Essential Functions

  • Liaison between Manufacturing and QC for coordination of process/equipment improvements
  • Reviewing completed QC documentation
  • Assisting with training on QC equipment/processes
  • Supporting deviation and CAPA investigations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education and Certifications: High School diploma with 6 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of cGMPs, manufacturing practices, compliance with Quality regulations

Physical Requirements

Physical demands include some overnight travel, ability to climb, stand, lift, and perform other tasks mentioned in the job description.
