Job Summary

The role is part of an agile, collaborative, and strategic team focused on delivering impactful beverage solutions in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive beverage application projects and support the commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia
- Collaborate with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned and effective project delivery
- Create high-quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements
- Present formulation solutions to customers and provide expert guidance on processing and application
- Partner with subject matter experts to implement strong formulation strategies and experimental design approaches
- Contribute to new concept development through creative and solution-driven thinking
- Stay current on beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices
- Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations
- Build internal networks and support capability development through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards
- Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting
- Solid project management skills with experience in experimental design
- Innovative, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems
