Your Opportunity

As an intern within our Sensory Lab, you will perform routine sensory panel testing of finished goods both with internal employees and external panelists (includes adults and children). You will provide quality customer service to panelists and support laboratory projects which includes assisting Sensory staff with set up of taste panels, running the panels, etc. You will also perform regular laboratory upkeep.

You will gain meaningful and translatable experience from the real work you will be provided, relationship management, and professional development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A  Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or related science field
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher
• A well-rounded skill set including strong time-management, communication, teamwork skills, and a familiarity with sensory evaluation/lab research testing.
