Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for the Quality Control Department a Microbiology Supervisor to be located in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring all laboratory tests are performed in accordance with regulations and policies
- Providing support to microbiological aspects of manufacturing activities
- Participating in equipment qualification and projects
- Coordinating laboratory activities based on supply chain needs
Qualifications of a Microbiology Supervisor at J&J:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science; minor in Microbiology, Biology, or Biotechnology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Microbiology Laboratory GMP environment
- Experience with method validations and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in Spanish & English (writing and speaking) required
