Your Role:
As a Quality Lab Associate II – Endotoxin, you will perform microbiological and endotoxin testing on raw materials, solutions, and water samples following approved SOPs. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance and upholding the quality standards essential for delivering safe healthcare products globally.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform endotoxin, bioburden, and particulate matter testing

Conduct pH meter, pipette, and equipment calibration

Manage reagent inventory and generate monthly trend reports

Write and review SOPs and technical documents

Train and mentor junior lab staff

Maintain lab cleanliness using 6S principles

Perform internal audits and write NCRs, CAPAs using TrackWise
-
Support method validation and special testing protocols
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s in Microbiology, Biology, or related field (or Master’s with relevant experience)

2–5 years lab experience in pharma/medical device preferred

Familiarity with LIMS, Endoscan-V, Sampler Sight Pharma, AS400
-
Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, USP microbiological testing methods

Proficiency in lab instrumentation and aseptic techniques

Strong documentation, communication, and multitasking skills
-
Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
