Educational Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Coordinator Role:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing clinical trial activities
- Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
- Maintain and organize study documentation and regulatory files
- Collect and enter data into study databases and EDC systems
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents to authorities and IRBs
- Provide logistical support for study visits, meetings, and research activities
- Schedule appointments, arrange travel, and manage study materials
Skills Required for the Clinical Research Coordinator Role:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional interaction with study participants and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn new software tools and systems
