About the Role:
The analytical development team for Mammalian products at Lonza’s Visp site is seeking experienced laboratory technicians. As a Laboratory Associate, you will contribute to process development stages through advanced technologies in process analytics and analytical method development projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead improvement and innovation projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute experimental lab work using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, CE-SDS, and qPCR
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Perform evaluation, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment
- Support process improvements within the AD Mammalian group
- Provide training support in your area of expertise
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory
Key Requirements:
- Completed training as a laboratory technician, BTA, or BSc specializing in biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in English
