Your Role at Baxter:
You will perform advanced microbiological testing on medical products through all manufacturing stages. Responsibilities include reviewing technician work, conducting investigations, and ensuring all environmental monitoring meets regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in Life Science (Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry).
- 2–5 years of lab experience; familiarity with Microbiological Testing preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Microbiological tests such as Air and Surface Sampling, Bioburden, Sterility, and Endotoxin Testing.

Validate lab instruments, perform audits, analyze data trends, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.

Investigate deviations, write exception documents, and implement CAPA actions.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
