Job Summary:
As a Microbiology Lab Analyst, you will conduct testing under supervision, strictly following established procedures. The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a regulated lab environment. You’ll help test life-saving medical devices and be trained to identify microorganisms by shape, color, and size.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform microbiological testing under supervision

Follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines

Record accurate testing data and report deviations

Support lab operations by ordering supplies and reviewing documents

Participate in quality event reviews to identify root causes

Ensure traceability and compliance during testing procedures
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
-
No prior experience required—training provided
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology

Prior laboratory or microbiology testing experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, and using lab equipment 75% of the time
