Responsibilities
- Conduct molecular laboratory testing to assist in diagnosing animal illnesses
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Set up and run laboratory molecular tests following SOPs
- Specialize in PCR testing, including sample homogenization and real-time PCR analysis
- Detect molecular presence of pathogens using molecular diagnostic methods
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume PCR testing
- 4-year degree in Science, preferably Molecular Biology
- Proficiency in setting up and analyzing PCR reactions
- Strong scientific background and micro-pipetting skills
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures accurately
