How Youโll Make An Impact:
- Perform effective experiments for the development and optimization of new ddPCR assays.
- Analyze and interpret data, summarize and document experimental results, and communicate findings to the team and stakeholders.
- Write verification test plans and reports in support of new product development.
- Identify and overcome technical challenges during assay development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Masterโs degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related life science field.
- Work Experience: 1-5 years of relevant laboratory experience, ideally with PCR assays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, data analysis, and problem-solving. Hands-on experience with PCR, qPCR, and/or digital PCR.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present results clearly, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analysis abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
